Paladin Airport is committed to the growth of our team internally and outside of our organization. Many of our Customer Service Specialists move on to become Service Delivery Managers or to pursue careers with CATSA (Canadian Air Transport Security Authority) or CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency).
Facilitators enhance the passenger experience by providing professional, multilingual assistance in Canadian airport facilities. Our trained facilitators help guide travellers through the screening process, assisting with navigation of the terminal and offering support to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey. Facilitators go through the same training as a Pre-Board Screening Officers, focusing on customer service, compliance with Canada’s Official Language Act, and a barrier free travel experience for all passengers.
What do you need to get started as a Customer Service Specialist?
- Fluent in English and French
- A passion for helping people
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to obtain Transport Security Clearance and other advanced clearances as required
