Passengers’ personal belongings and items are scanned using high-resolution X-ray technology and Explosive Trace Detection systems to effectively identify any prohibited and non-permitted items.

Enhanced Security Screening

Our state-of-the-art equipment provides an additional layer of security measures to ensure that any threat is appropriately resolved. Some passengers are selected for additional screening using Explosive Trace Detection, Metal Detection, Full Body Scanners, and bag searches to further ensure security.

Family, Special Needs & Verified Travellers

We have dedicated service lines for families, special needs, and verified travellers, such as Nexus members, to provide a smooth experience while maintaining high-level security standards.

Restricted Items Resolution and Compliance

For flagged non-permitted items, an alternative option to achieve compliance such as disposal, returning the item to the pre-security area, mailing, or placing the item in their checked bags, or voluntary surrender. Our staff is trained to ensure that all liquids, gels, and aerosols comply with the 100ml restriction rule and allowance to meet aviation safety standards.
