What do you need to get started as a Customer Service Specialist?
- Fluent in English and French
- A passion for helping people
- Exceptional ability to communicate simply, clearly and effectively with diplomacy
- High School Diploma/GED
- Be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to obtain Transport Security Clearance and other advanced clearances as required
