What's the hiring process for a Screening Officer?

Application Review: We assess your application to ensure it aligns with the qualifications for the role.
Assessment: After a successful review, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment online.
Interviews: You’ll participate in one or more interviews with Talent Acquisition or hiring managers.
Pre-employment: You will receive a Pre-employment package; we’ll guide you through any necessary medical and background checks and your application for Transport Security Clearance.
Onboarding & Training: Once all pre-employment conditions are successfully met and an opportunity for onboarding is available, we’ll support you through the onboarding process and provide the training needed to help you succeed in your new role.
SOF: You’ll attend Screening Officer Foundations (SOF).

Congratulations, you are now a fully certified Screening Officer!

Other roles:

Application Review: We assess your application to ensure it aligns with the qualifications for the role.
Assessment: Some roles may require candidates to complete skills assessments
Interviews: You’ll participate in one or more interviews with Talent Acquisition or hiring managers.
Offer of employment: You will receive a conditional offer, and we will guide you through any necessary pre-employment conditions.
Onboarding & Training: We’ll support you through the onboarding process. Some roles will require specific CATSA and PASS training courses.
